anbei senden wir Ihnen eine Stellenanzeige, mit der wir - das Landeskriminalamt Berlin - um IT-Absolvent:innen für eine Karriere als Cybercop werben. Dieses Angebot bedeutet eine besondere Karrierechance, mit der vielfältige Vorteile und Perspektiven verbunden
sind.<br>

Die Anforderungen an die kriminalpolizeiliche Arbeit verändern sich aufgrund von verschiedenen gesellschaftlichen Megatrends rasant – insbesondere im Deliktsfeld Cybercrime. Deshalb brauchen wir ein neues Qualifikationsprofil, das zwei Kompetenzen verbindet:
kriminalpolizeiliches Know-how und besondere IT-Expertise. Um dieses Profil bei uns zu etablieren, haben wir ein Programm für akademische Seiteneinsteigende entwickelt:
<ul>
<li>Absolventinnen aus informationstechnischen Studiengängen werden zunächst für ein Jahr als Tarifbeschäftigte eingestellt.</li><li>In dieser Zeit absolvieren sie ein polizeifachliches Traineeprogramm „on the job“.</li><li>Bei erfolgreichem Abschluss werden sie als Kriminaloberkommissar:in – also bereits im ersten Beförderungsamt – in eine Beamtenlaufbahn bei der Kriminalpolizei übernommen.</li><li>Dort stehen ihnen alle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten offen.</li></ul>
