We are looking for Python programmers 
60 to 80 hours/month (9.93?/hour) 
 


Overview 

PTB is the National Metrology Institute of Germany. Department 8.1 
"Biomedical Magnetic Resonance? located at Ernst-Reuter-Platz in the 
centre of Berlin carries out research and development work in the field of 
image reconstruction for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 
 
Objective 

Our currently used image reconstruction software is implemented in Matlab. 
With this project, parts of this software shall be ported to Python and 
optimized using parallel computing.
 
Your profile 

You are studying computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a 
comparable field of engineering/natural sciences 
You have excellent programming skills in Python and Matlab 
The successful candidate will have experience with CUDA, pyCUDA or NUMBA
