YOUR TASKS

   - You contribute to the quality of the overall user experience of the
   KptnCook app and the optimization of our quality assurance processes.
   - You collaborate with our customer support team to identify and solve
   potential technical issues.
   - You work closely with our mobile developers to prepare and accompany
   our app releases.
   - You manage the test activities according to our QA strategy and the
   test plan.
   - By testing the app regularly, you ensure that the delivered function
   corresponds to the product and the quality requirements (Android & iOS app).
   - You monitor and report potential problems with applications and
   services.


WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ON BOARD

   - You’re studying computer science, IT, or similar subjects
   - You’re a software development and software quality enthusiast
   - You’re familiar with iOS and Android apps
   - You’re familiar with the names of standard UI elements
   - You already have some experience in writing bug tickets
   - You speak fluent English & German
   - You’re familiar with basic concepts of the software development
   lifecycle
   - You have a general interest in mobile apps and software quality issues
   - You’re eager to learn new things and adapt to a dynamic work
   environment


NICE TO HAVE

   - Knowledge about MongoDB (beginner level) and databases in general
   - Knowledge of APIs and their documentation
   - Experience with tools like Paw or Postman
