[fopen] App für mehr Sicherheit im Radverkehr

Heyho fOpen,


wir vom Citizen Science Projekt SimRa [1] (Sicherheit im Radverkehr) wollen mithilfe einer simplen App die Sicherheit im Radverkehr erhöhen. Dazu sammeln wir - auf datenschutzkompatible Art und Weise - Daten darüber, wo es in der Stadt für Radfahrende zu Gefahrenhäufungen kommt, welcher Art diese sind, ob sie zeitlich oder lokal gehäuft auftreten und wo sich die Hauptverkehrsflüsse auf dem Rad bewegen.

Es würde mich sehr freuen, wenn Ihr euch die App im Play Store [2] oder App Store [3] ansehen und euch dazu entscheiden würdet, ein SimRadelnder zu werden. Auch ohne unsere App ist es gerade aktuell empfehlenswert auf das Rad als Fortbewegungsmittel zurückzugreifen.

Da uns Feedback sehr wichtig ist haben wir aktuell eine kleine Umfrage [4] (< 5 Minuten) gestartet bei der ihr beispielsweise äußern könnt welche Features euch noch fehlen. Solltet ihr darüber hinaus weiteres Feedback haben, könnt ihr auch gerne auf mich direkt zukommen.

our Citizen Science Project SimRa [1] (short for safety in cycling in german) aims to contribute to increasing safety in bicycle traffic by means of a simple app. For this purpose, we collect data on accumulations of risks for cyclists in cities, classify them and determine their spatiotemporal frequency (naturally, this is done in a manner compatible with data protection). Furthermore, we examine the main traffic flows for bikes in the respective city.


I would be glad if you would check out our app in the Play Store [2] or App Store [3] and give it a try. If you're not interested in using the app I nevertheless recommended traveling by bike more often as it constitutes the best and safest way to get from A to B in the current situation.

As feedback is vital to the project, we have recently started a small survey [4] (<5 minutes) to gain insights into matters such as missing features of the app. If you should have any further feedback or questions do not hesitate to contact me directly. ?
